Solemente decir que aquí he comido el mejor sandwich de bacon que haya probado en mi vida, y también uno de los mejores bocadillos; posiblemente el mejor.
¿Y qué lo hace tan especial? Pan y bacon. Dos enormes rebanadas de buen pan estupendamente tostado, y abundante bacon ligeramente ahumado y no excesivamente graso, pero que imbuye el pan en una jugosidad celestial que no encontrarás en ningún otro lugar. Y nada más, por que tampoco lo necesita.
En realidad sí; se sirve acompañado de ketchup casero por si quieres cometer la blasfemia de mancillar tan magno bocadillo; yo suelo profanar un primer y pequeño pedazo con una gota de ketchup, para decidir a continuación que prefiero degustar lo excepcional de las cosas simples, buenas, imperecederas.
El menú de desayuno es muy corto, son cinco opciones; si todas están tan buenas como el sandwich nunca lo descubriré, no puedo evitar pedir siempre lo mismo. Las ra5iones son generosas.
